Eikon Coffee

Eikon Coffee is the realization of a dream for Brent and Claire Reiter, high school sweethearts and parents to 5 daughters, 4 of whom are students at The Saint Constantine School. For Brent, his love of coffee began 15 years ago, and coffee has remained the primary craft that drives him to excellence in every stage of his career. He currently serves as the Production Manager for Geva Coffee - a family-owned specialty coffee roaster in Houston, TX where he has enjoyed the opportunity to hand select the best green coffees, utilize the finest equipment, and participate in every step of coffee production.

Eikon’s vision is rooted in the fundamental truth that all people are made in the image of God, from the coffee farmers around the world, to the customer at the register. As Saint Maria of Paris says, “Each person is the very icon of God in the world.” This belief informs the way we do business and will inspire the atmosphere we hope to create for our customers at Eikon Cafe, one of peace, community, and reflection on the things above.
