Our Life in Church: Candles

We have been lighting candles since the days of the Old Testament.  “You shall also make a lampstand of pure gold which shall be of hammered work.” (Exodus 25:31) The Lord commanded Moses to use candles in the altar.  Now, Christ has come and it is the New Testament; yet, the practice of lighting candles has not gone away.
